Made to order

Alexander Night does not currently accept returns on made to order items. We recommend measuring your body so you are aware of your measurements before ordering.

 

This is subject to change as we grow as a brand and have access to storage facilities.

If you have any queries regarding sizing kindly email us at info@kozikolondon.com and we will personally assist you in finding the perfect fit. If your size is not available we will add it for you as a permanent addition.

 

Koziko London cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to the parcel.

Tailored suits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Free repairs are available on all of our garments.

Stocked garments

Koziko London has a 7 working day returns and exchange policy on stocked garments. These items will be clearly marked on their product page.

This period will start from when your order was delivered. The order must be returned in its original condition and undamaged (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). You will need to submit your return to info@kozikolondon.com stating your order number, item, reason and whether you are returning or exchanging your order.

Once you have submitted your return or exchange you will be provided with the return address.

The cost of shipment back to Koziko London will be covered by the buyer.

Alexander Night has a strong conviction to only supplying the finest garments to our community therefore we have a strict quality control policy in place to ensure each garment is of the highest standard before being packaged.
