RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our return and refund period for lost or damaged packages in the mail is 31 days from the shipment date. If you do not email within 31 days we can not help.
Made to order
We only accept returns on made to order items under special circumstances such as damage. We highly recommend measuring your body so you are aware of your measurements before ordering made to order garments.
You have 7 days from the arrival date to initiate a return. Anything outside of this will not be accepted.
If you have any queries regarding sizing kindly email us at info@alexandernight.com and we will personally assist you in finding the perfect fit.
Tailored suits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Free repairs are available on all of our garments.
Ready to Wear
We only accept returns or offer refunds on ready to wear items under special circumstances such as damage or loss of parcel. Once an items tracking is marked as delivered the responsibility of damage or loss is passed to you.
Our return period for damaged items is 7 days from the time and date the package is marked as delivered.
Shibari Rope is not returnable due to the nature of the use of the item.
This period will start from when your order was delivered. The order must be returned in its original condition and undamaged (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). You will need to submit your return to info@alexandernight.com stating your order number, item, reason and whether you are returning or exchanging your order.
Once you have submitted your return or exchange you will be provided with the return address.
The cost of shipment back to Alexander Night will be covered by the buyer.

We have a strong conviction to only supplying the finest garments to our community therefore we have a strict quality control policy in place to ensure each garment is of the highest standard before being packaged.
